Your baseline

A short, honest read of where you are with AI today. Takes about six minutes.

There's a temptation on a survey like this to pick the answer that sounds best. Please don't. The whole point is to find the gaps so we can fill them — if everyone says they're already great, the training we plan helps no-one. A "2" here that's true is much more useful than a "4" that isn't quite.

Your individual answers are visible to a small admin group only. The leadership group sees aggregates — totals and trends, no names. Your name is collected so we can follow up if you'd like help, not so anyone can compare scores. Stored on our own server. You can retake any time.

1 · Who you are

So we can follow up if you'd like help, or invite you to relevant sessions. Not shared externally.

2 · How you use AI today

The one you'd miss most if it disappeared. If you use them equally, pick any.

If you use both a company-provided account and a personal one, tick both.

3 · What you use AI for

One sentence is fine. Concrete beats abstract.

4 · How capable you feel

Pick the row that fits your last month, not your best day.

One row per skill. Pick the column that matches what you've actually been doing lately.

6 · How you like to learn

Tick as many as you like. The order you tick them is your ranking (1st click = top priority). This directly shapes the AIˣ seminar calendar.

7 · The culture question

A name, or just "the product lead" — whatever you know.
